[BUG] Failure when trying to restore archive to different target

Describe the bug When trying to restore a backup archive to a different target (MariaDB) the task fails with message:

Running restore task (using bzip2 compression)
              ==============================================
              Restore Full Database
               ✗ MySQL Instance Connection
              this authentication plugin is not supported
              EXITING 4
              ERR> remote execution failed: Process exited with status 4

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. shield restore --target <NEW_TARGET_UUID> <ARCHIVE_UUID>

Expected behavior The restore should be successful.

SHIELD versions (please complete the following information):

• SHIELD Core: 8.7.3
• SHIELD CLI: 8.7.3
• Target: MariaDB 10.2
