monitor-workspace mismatch when plugging in new monitor

I am using 2 scripts to disable/re-enable a monitor when lid is closed.

When the monitor is re-enabled, workspaces on other two monitors are mismatched.

Example: Monitors A, B, C Remove C Add C Monitor A shows workspaces on bar for monitor B Monitor B shows workspaces on bar for monitor A
