According to the last Deploy layers workflow that succeeded: https://github.com/shelfio/chrome-aws-lambda-layer/actions/runs/16232205639/job/45837046751

The zip file being downloaded in the Download Latest Release step is https://github.com/Sparticuz/chromium/releases/download/v138.0.1/chromium-v138.0.1-layer.arm64.zip

But the layers are meant to be compatible with the x86_64 architecture
