Change default hotkey

Ctrl-D is an important default hotkey in Atom.io (multi-cursors selection).

Don't try to override it, use e.g. Ctrl-Alt-D instead.

Dear @sharvil, would you be so kind to hit that Merge button.

Cause your choice of CtrlD for this plugin is totally wrong, and it's been 9 months of you not caring.

I agree. I'm using this feature intensively and know it from Sublime Text (same shortcut CTRL+D). Please merge, @sharvil !
