I have tried to consolidate the documentation into the readme. I've reorganized the files into a directory structure.
While the implementation of garbage delays/queueing/what have you is significantly different from the one in the real game, it mostly tries to do the right thing while avoiding 1-frame dependencies...
It would be nice to have sound for cursor movement, popping panels, falling garbage, matches, fanfares, etc.
