IBC Claim is initially displayed as Received and updates to Claim Reward after wallet refresh

For a ATOM claim it first showed as a received tx, and after a refresh it displays as Claim Reward. This is true in both recent transactions and the Transactions page.

Recreation Steps: Claim ATOM check recent transactions or the Transaction Page, Refresh the wallet and the same tx's will now display as a Claim Reward.
