Gracefully Handle Thorchain Trade TX ID's

Overview

When a user trades via Thorchain, they should see two TX ID's. The first TX ID should appear once we have it, while the second TX ID should display a spinner until the second TX ID is available, and then display the second one.

This will let the user knows to expect both.

References and additional details

Right now since we are only displaying one TX ID it makes the user feel as if the trade completes. However, cross-chain trades via Thorchain can take a few mins and there is more than one TX ID.

Acceptance Criteria

The user gets two TX id's for Thorchain trades in the swapper.
