Trade Modal: Gracefully handle quote request failure

Overview

When setting up a trade, sometimes the user gets an error that there was an issue getting a quote. However, once this error disappears, the trade modal just hangs in "searching for best rate"...

Instead of this endless "searching for best rate", please update the copy where the spinner is to: "Error Getting Quote". The button should fade to red and display "Update Trade Pair"

Acceptance Criteria

1. The user should not see an endless spinner and "searching for best rate" inside the trade modal.
2. The user should instead see "Error getting quote"
3. The "Preview Trade" button should be replaced by a faded red button that says "Update Trade Pair"
4. Once the user selects a new trade pair, they can proceed as usual.
