Update Submit Feedback flow to new In App Feedback Rating modal

Currently in the mobile web and mobile app, the flow when you navigate to pop out wallet settings, click Feedback & Support, and navigate to the submit feedback, it currently takes you to blaze. Instead, we should prompt the feedback modal we prompt after trades with "How is your experience?" text instead of How was your trade experience?

Navigate to web mobile view/mobile app, open up settings modal, navigate to feedback & support, and click on Submit Feedback. Observe it going to blaze yet despite having deprecating it.
