What operating system are you using?

Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

What version of Node.js are you using?

What did you do?

Trying to install the manager with working normally.

What did you expect to see?

Login into web interface normally without SMTP email required. Adds the first admin account into web UI by commands.

What did you see instead?

Haven't found any information about issue #153 with creating admin accounts. Empty section content of https://shadowsocks.github.io/shadowsocks-manager/#/home 使用 -> 用户 使用 -> 管理员

What is your config in detail (with all sensitive info masked)?

Example configuration files in the readme and started up normally. ss-manager & ssmgr webui (sqlite)

Expectation

Adds the manual of adding administrator accounts to web UI without Smtp registering to send. thx.
