SSE re-connection issue

Hi, 1.When server gets stopped, then eventsource connection will be lost. But when the server(SSE) up, eventSource is not reconnecting automatically until we refresh the webpage. 2. After timeout like 45000, it saying reconnecting... but its not reconnecting...
