README: Add `MYSQLCLIENT_LIB_DIR` note to main readme

I was only able to get this to build on windows using MYSQLCLIENT_LIB_DIR 'env var as pointed out in closed PR https://github.com/sgrif/mysqlclient-sys/issues/7 hence issue.
