Spec is inconsistent and ambiguous on lokey=-1

The main opcodes section says lokey is 0 to 127, since SFZ 1.

If you click on the opcode, however, the description page points out that in SFZ 2 lokey=-1 hikey=-1 is legal and means something.

Since people actually use this, it would be nice if the main opcode list mentioned it.
