Opcodes page display problems on small window sizes/devices

Issues in the opcode page:

  1. The text box is not resized accordingly (this at least on both Brave and Firefox browsers): immagine
  2. The filters box needs some overlay / popup in order to be displayed properly on the page, so that users with small devices can use the page without scrolling problems
