vmware-adapter: Access info not updated when ip address changes through dhcp

[Description] The access info (ip-address) is not updated when it changes through dhcp [Steps to reproduce] Create instance on VM Ware server; Stop Instance, wait till the DHCP lease expires (ok, I expedited the process by deleting the DHCP Entry on the DHCP server); Start the instace; [Expected result] Whenever the ip address changes (after stop and restart of the instance) the access info needs to be updated. [Observed result] the old address is displayed [Details] See above;

I think this issue is by design.

The access information is set as final instance provisioning step, there is no polling for updates.
