One time fee is not shown for parameter configurator tool sample

[Version] 17.1+ 2017/06/14

[How to reproduce] 1 deploy parameter configuration tool from integration-pack sample to application server 2 specify parameter configuration tool for marketable service 3 set price model for service specifying one-time fee 4 as customer subscribe to marketable service and use "configure" for parameters

[Expected result] one-time fee is shown in parameter configurator

[Observed result] one-time fee is not shown

I don't see any prices in the configurator in general:

Am I missing something, or is it required to just display the one-time fee somewhere in this popup?
