Add price model currency on the JavaScript API

With the feature #614, the JavaScript API (the UI extension interface) is changed to include the prices of the service parameters. The currency of the price model should be added also. The sample parameter configurator should include display the currency. Explain in Readme about the prices, that the sample configurator only takes the parameter prices per subscription into account.

@gertipoppel do we document the sample parameter configurator in some guide? Please adapt the documentation if necessary. There are no compatibility issues with existing parameter configurators. They can be used as before. The dev. team will adapt the Readme file.

I adapted the Developer's Guide and the HTML page for the parameter configuration tool sample. In addition, I added a section to the Release Notes. Changes will be available with V17.2
