Unnecessary option "Change password" in blue portal in SAML mode

If we have application in SAML mode we can change password only in our IDP. User should not see option "Change password" in blue portal.

I recommend the password change link to be customizable and can be redirected to IDP's password changing page.

"Change password" option is available only for PLATFORM_OPERATOR in blue portal. If change password URL should be customizable then can we implement it the same as custom sso logout url? I mean, can we add new configuration setting SSO_CHANGE_PASSWORD_URL?

I do not know the story of sso logout, but as far as our project is concerned, it is ok if you redirect user to URL which is specified by SSO_CHANGE_PASSWORD_URL as GET request.
