"VMWare controller:" possible compatibility problems for future releases

There are some places in code which may lead to compatibility problems in the future releases of VMWare controller. Instead of using official public APIs, the controller access directly the APP database, and also the XML of the OSCM technical service.

If there are some reasons to do this, like missing functionality on APIs, the problem should be solved with extending the APIs.

This issue requires more time to fix, it cannot be done for 16.1 GA2.
