[Youtube Search API] Replace `sp` param by actual seach params

Currently, to filter Youtube Search results we give the customers sp param and to use that users have to manually apply filters on Youtube.com and copy the query string generated.

A better way would be to allow users to actually have these filters as part of API/Playground UI.
