Question re File Names & Deletion

Hi Guys I have a couple of questions please I note if i delete a image in XB web interface the file does not get removed from my Sharex folder! Also there is a 1-hour time difference between my folder and correct time and XB web interface. Lastly the files names in my Sharex folder do not match XB web interface why?
