DebugMod How do i actually intall the mod?

@seanpr96 I wonder this too. I know where to copy the files from the API, but what do I do with the source of this repo? How can I open the UI then?

Hey, the instructions here are extremely outdated and I haven't gotten around to fixing them (and probably never will). Short version of the correct instructions is you should use this program for installing any hk mods.

I can give an instruction for linux, it will probably work similar on mac.

First: install the mod-API as described in the readme step 1-4. The link given there provides it for Linux/Mac as well.

Second: Copy "DebugMod.dll" in directory ".../Hollow Knight/hollow_knight_Data/Managed/Mods/". You can find it on https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B_b9PFqx_PR9Um9MeFZMV21oWGs (the mod installer mentioned above downloads the mods from this drive when I understand https://www.nexusmods.com/hollowknight/mods/9 correct)
