Add compiled binary for tw-linux-aarch64 to releases

Hi tw team,

Would it be possible to add a compiled binary to the releases for linux-aarch64? This would make it easier to use tw within a devcontainer on an apple silicon mac. Ideally I'd like to be able to include @robsyme's devcontainer features nextflow, nf-test (which already work on linux-aarch64, and tw (probably via the gh-release feature ) and then be off to the races with my nextflow development within my repo.
