Improve private cert instructions

As per client ticket https://support.seqera.io/a/tickets/3867, the private cert section should be augmented with improved guidance re:

  1. Need for cert to be in a Java-type truststore (to be confirmed by development but I'm pretty sure this is a hard dependency).
    1. If I'm correct, how to load the private cert into a Java truststore (eg. https://help.tower.nf/23.2/enterprise/configuration/ssl_tls/#configure-the-nextflow-launcher-image-to-trust-your-private-certificate).
  2. Acquisition of root and leaf certs.
  3. tw -Djavax.net.debug=all info command for troubleshooting (e.g. surfacing a PKIX error).
