It is impossible to change the installer version through options

Hi! I see that there is an option to pass the version that will be installed but there is no option in the bundle to configure this :(

For example a few days ago the latest version of the minify changed and it broke the build. I had to spend a few hours to figure out that the same codebase version of a project can install different versions of the minify. The most common problem is related to the tag "latest".
