@djui suggested this, so documenting it; a `--debug` option to display exactly what commands are being run, so that they can be more easily investigated should they fail.
`HOOKBOT_URL` is the wrong way of describing it. We should support both temporarily, but deprecate `HOOKBOT_URL`.
