Integration with Salesforce - BCC & CC issues

Hi,

I have downloaded the github code from sendgrid to link SFDC with SG.

The integration seems to work correctly except for the CC / BCC functionality.

I am currently trailing the system in an optic to remove our current exact-target solution to use SendGrid and this is the one last issue I am having with the integration.

I am able to generate the emails with an email being CC, but the person i have CCed never receive the message.

Is this something you could help me with?

Below is a sample of request I am making:
