Page 207 (GitHub code line 84), why didn't we declare the variable newToDo ? I got a problem without declaration, as the console showing:

ReferenceError: assignment to undeclared variable newToDo

that is the declaration, make sure you have a comma at the end of 82 and not a semicolon
