[BUG] Project lacks COPYRIGHT and LICENSE

Describe the bug A missing LICENSE for the project. Right now, the source code does not include any license and the copyright has not been updated since 2018.

To Reproduce git clone https://github.com/selfhostedshow/halcyon.git cd halcyon cat LICENSE* Read failure

Expected behavior git clone https://github.com/selfhostedshow/halcyon.git cd halcyon cat LICENSE* License is vomited on your screen
