[BUG] Chain head not progressing: "rejected incoming good transaction; mempool full"

Describe the bug Node does not propgress beyond height 151361744. Getting loads of "rejected incoming good transaction mempool full" and "transaction expired " messages.

Disk space is fine.

Expected behavior We two other nodes with the same config. These are working as expected and at synced.

Getting the same after upgrading to 6.1.0

Sei has a lot of tx spamming. But you can raise the max number of txs in the mempool section of the config.
