This would be extremely useful especially with the addition of: * https://github.com/actions/runner/pull/1302 If this functionality was available one could re-create the [re-run workflow from failed](https://support.circleci.com/hc/en-us/articles/360050303671-How-to-rerun-a-workflow) feature that's popular within CircleCI
