Reduce the system version requirements of CellView.swift

It seems that change a little bit is OK. Test passed on my M1 machine running 12.6.5 MacOS 13.0 -> 12.4

Markdown cells sometimes have `outputs` breaking the file format

Might be solved by #9 but not sure.

Changing a cell from code to markdown doesn't clear outputs

This causes an invalid notebook since markdown cells can't have outputs. It also causes an incorrect height of the rendered markdown cell.

Markdown cells in edit mode sometimes don't wrap lines

I'm not sure what the cause is. Executing them (so they go to rendered mode) then editing again seems to fix it.
