Create tests for tutorials' notebooks

There are no tests for openfl-tutorials/interactive_api. Its have core scenarious for openfl and if some change broke this functionality it sould be fixed as soon as possible. Becouse it is the entry point for new users. And if something was broken here the user can deside that all library isn't working. It would be greate to create environment for this notebooks and run it on CI.
