Make CraftBlock Multiplayer ready

Through the stream discussion regarding the CraftBlock development, was the topic "community server" upcoming. The community server should be seen as a playtest server, to see the impact of changes in this modpack.

To provide a community server, there is a need for an island management mod like FTB Team Islands or something else.

I think this will be a wider topic that will bring up more issues along the way. Therefore I created a label to organize them. I'll create a new issue for the Island management system for now.

Lets use this issue to collect steps that are required to provide a community server. I edited your comment so the list is visible in the issues view.
