Is the Let's Chat project still alive?

I'm maintaining a list of free code Slack replacements on the P2PF wiki. I included Let's Chat some time ago, but now I'm wondering if the project is still alive. I see there's no been any commits for almost a year and no response from the maintainers to recent issues. Can someone confirm the status of the project?
