There are more and more pro mixer coming to the NAM facebook group that are in ProTools...

+1 for this. Some have pointed out that it’s possible to use a “wrapper.” But this feels like putting a plaster over the problem rather than fixing it. All the wrappers I’ve used have been super janky.

Agreed, using a wrapper is a pain. Having no AAX version is leaving out a huge swathe of musicians and producers.

+1 AAX support would be significant boost in the user base and development of the platform.

Coming back to this. I'm not planning to develop an AAX plugin for NeuralAmpModelerPlugin (this repo). The main reason is that there are other plugins that support AAX and have the same functionality as this plugin (loading & playing 3rd-party NAMs), so I don't think it's important that this project does that too--if you need AAX, then have a pick from one of the products listed on www.neuralampmodeler.com
