Something like a gear in the corner.

I can tuck things into that page like:

• (de)activating the DC blocker
• Move the normalize switch there
• MIDI for the arrows (#451)

...perhaps it could replace where the '?' is currently, and combine the info from '?'.... into the 'settings' page.
