[Bug]: Streamlit not found

What happened?

I keep getting an error that Streamlit is not found. I have tried to install it using pip and conda but I keep getting errors and have no clue how to fix it. Conda timed out and I getting errors with pip - which I have the latest version of. I am running on Ubuntu and have followed all documentation for Linux. I am not a maintainer or dev on this project, but it looks to me like you don't have gcc installed based on that error message.
