一个非常诡异的问题，没有在iss找到这样的问题

布局是activity Toolbar + viewpage2，里面是fragment SmartRefreshLayout + RecyclerView，设置app:srlEnableAutoLoadMore="false"，使用上拉加载更多会出现RecyclerView不能滑动到底部，快到底部时候会发生回弹，只有手指不放开一直向上滑才能看到加载更多，去掉activity 的Toolbar 放到fragment 却又没事了
