Ability to fade available entries

Description

It would be great if we could, in addition to hiding available entries on some of the discovery pages, also have the ability to fade available entries on things like actor pages or collections. The green icon is sometimes glossed over cognitively, and if you're just trying to fill gaps, this kind of overview really speeds things up:

Honestly, I don't really need to see available items in great detail. For me and my users, the point of Overseer is generally just to add missing things.

Desired Behavior

An additional setting in the general settings page, that's called something like 'fade available items'

Additional Context

I actually am testing this by using the following css:

.bg-green-400 {
  outline: 300px #000000d0 solid;  
}

and it works really really well! I would recommend adding it for everyone as a feature.
