ability to collapse and expand stage in the UI

What happened:

Right now stage visualization default behavior is expanded.

What you expected to happen:

Should have a way to collapse and expand a stage so it can minimize the real estate take in workflow graph

How to reproduce it:

New feature and cannot be reproduced.
