Add version information to UI

If you go to a JIRA instance, you can get an "About JIRA" screen from its circled question mark dropdown. While I can get this version information from api/v4/versions, that's a lot of text with all the license info. It might be useful to have an "About" option on SD's circled question mark that lists just the component versions.

FWIW, I don't know what I'd do with that information. Sometimes I see that an upgrade may or may not have been accomplished, and maybe I'd like to satisfy my curiosity.
