Add/Modify Container dialog for qtFRED

Add to qtFRED the "Add/Modify Container" dialog that was added to FRED in PR #3463.

No idea when I/someone will get to this, but creating a ticket to keep track of it.

@JohnAFernandez since you're working on a unified qtFRED dialog for variables and containers, would you like to assign this to yourself?

Exists now as of #6150 but doesn't seem to be wired up to the sexp tree right click menu. Is that right @JohnAFernandez ? If so I can handle that in another pass of the Event Editor after #6961 is merged.
