FR: Debug flag idea, display collision spheres

Drawing a wireframe sphere, either for all all ships or just ones recently involved in collisions as the smaller party, might be a useful checking tool for mod makers who want to sanity check their missions without examining the eyepoint of every pof file and scrutinizing every mission.

I seem to remember an option in fred where it would draw a sphere instead of the wireframe. Could it be used or expanded upon?
