Custom Entities Connections Not visible

I am trying to connect 2 entities and the config is attached. But the connections are not shown. Please let me know what I am doing wrong.

To put the question a different way (because I don't think it's a custom entity problem – that's just what we're working with that has exposed the problem).

• In the attachment we have started at an Account ("Bhuvana Map Test").
• From here we have linked to 2 Contacts.
• 1 of these ("test1 Contact Contact") is linked to a custom entity "ContactRole" (not named, plain 'files' icon)
• 1 of these (highlighted red) is linked to another custom entity ("Site") called "Bhuvana Home address"
• This in turn is linked back to the original Account.

This is all good.

However, the green highlighted ContactRole entity also has links to Sites. These are not associated with the original Account, and do not show.

So the question: is it possible to configure Network View to allow us to see these Sites and their associated Accounts?
