As developers we need more instructions on readme file so we can setup this project and theres contributors New developers need more instructions on this project Ex:- How to install What is this project for Requirements

So please add them in readme file here should be issue_template.md pull_request_template.md

please add them in the repository to guide the developers.So please add it.
