The image (800x400) is shown within an element with fixed height of 92px, so it should prolly be shrunk to 184x92 (62K -> 19K).

Hi, thanks for contribution. Please, let's keep it unchanged at the moment as I'm planning to change the title page a bit to make it more clear about the project itself. I would also like to show the full version of this image if user clicks on it. The preview size may also change with the redesign - so that's why I can't merge it right now.

I thought about that as well, seems like a good idea for the picture to lead somewhere, but what about instead linking to a PR piece about the award? Perhaps [0], perhaps something else, but linking to the full size image doesn't seem all that helpful.
