Solve imagej-ops test failures during mega-melt

During unit tests of imagej-ops, the JVM apparently runs of memory. Many tests begin failing with:

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
	at net.imagej.ops.segment.detectRidges.DefaultDetectRidgesTest.createContext(DefaultDetectRidgesTest.java:62)
