Name blueprint name collision with filename

Hi Schlosser, I was wondering if you could help me. I'm trying to follow the structure that you suggest with blueprints here and also those found on exploreflask but I bump into a name collision everytime, no matter what -- with a run.py or without, that is. If you have a moment, here my detailed problem description on StackOverflow. Thanks!
