OS X build broken due to boost issue

Temporarily removed OS X builds from Travis (9044164339c82ac347db88820fd401de064ef4aa) because I need Docker image updates, but I'm not sure how to fix this issue.

It would be good to have MacOS support again so that people can easily try it out on their laptops (although it will be slow due to CNNs).
